60 ml di sciroppo di menta Fabbri 15 foglie di menta succo di mezzo lime 60 ml di prosecco
3 minutes at rest for 2-3 hours
Use a knife to shred the mint leaves.
Pour the Fabbri mint syrup and prosecco into a jug.
Add the juice of 1 lime and the chopped mint leaves and mix thoroughly.
Pour the mixture into the ice-lolly moulds, insert the sticks and put in the freezer for at least 3 hours (freezing time depends on the size of the moulds used). Remove the ice lollies and serve immediately.
